Merchandise Return Policy:

Don't love your item or need to exchange sizes? Don't worry, we're here to help! Email support@slidejobranch.com within 14 days from receiving your order. All returns or exchanges must be authorized by a customer service representative. Returns will not be accepted on items that have been worn, washed or improperly cared for. We are happy to exchange sizes, but do not always cover shipping costs. 

If merchandise received is defective, broken or damaged, please contact us immediately at support@slidejobranch.com.

Merchandise Shipping:

Orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days of the order being placed (this excludes holidays and weekends). Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking information.
